Bed and Breakfast Lodging Rates

 

Effective March 2012

 

Our standard overnight rates are between $275.00 and $585.00 per night depending on the season, day of the week and location. 

Our overnight rates include exclusive use of the entire yacht and the master stateroom.

 

Should you require use of additional staterooms a charge of $125.00 per night per additional stateroom will normally apply.

 

High Season is Memorial Day - Labor Day

Lowest Rates are offered during the Off Season November - February. 

However we often have specials that run throughout the year. Holidays and Event Weekends are normally higher even during the Off Season.

 

We have a two night minimum requirement for standard weekends and a three night minimum on holiday weekends.

 

Outlier, Vixen and Innsifail move south to Florida and the Bahamas for the winter and return to Charleston in the early spring. The Prince of Las Olas will spend 2012 in Ft. Lauderdale and the Bahamas.

 

Southern Comfort will remain in Charleston through the fall of 2012 except when conducting charters. Sara Rose is based out of the Cayman Islands for the 2012-2013 Season.

 

Hourly Charter Rates

 

Our charter rates vary based on the size of the vessel, number of guests and number of crew required to operate the vessel safely.

 

Southern Comfort Rates Begin at $400.00 per hour.

Prince of Las Olas Rates Begin at $550.00 per hour.

Outlier Rates Begin at $550.00 per hour.

Innisfail Rates Begin at $1,350.00 per hour.

Osprey Rates Begin at $600.00 per hour

Vixen Rates Begin at $375.00 per hour

Sara Rose Charter Rates Begin at $375.00 per hour.

Priceless Rates Begin at $375.00 per hour.

 

The above rates include fuel and captain. Most charters will also include a first mate/deck hand/steward. All boats have at least a 2 hour minimum and an automatic crew gratuity of 18% is added to the final bill.

 

Term Charter Rates

 

Including Trips to Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah.

 

Most our yachts are available for term charter of from 3 days and nights to 7 days and nights.

 

Our most popular charter is a 3 day trip from Charleston to Hilton Head, Savannah and Beaufort via the intra coastal waterway. Prices start at $1,875.00 plus expenses. Trips to destinations farther away are also available.

 

Expenses include fuel, dockage, provisions including crew meals and crew gratuity of 18%.

 

Bahamas Charters start at $7,500.00 per week plus expenses.

 

Prince of Las Olas Charter rates start at $6,500.00 per week.  Extended weekend runs to Freeport and the Abacos start at $1,000.00 per day plus expenses.
